We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days from the order date. Unless its made to order items which might take up to 5 days to be shipped.

UK domestic shipping

Complimentary free shipping on all UK orders over £250. We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 1-2 days from the order date. We offer a next day delivery service in the UK by DHL or UPS.

EU shipping

Complimentary free shipping on all EU orders over £400. Duty & taxes are not included at checkout unless pre selected and paid at the checkout stage. Unfortunately due to the implications of Brexit we cannot avoid duties or taxes nor include in our pricing as they're just too high. Big brands who are including have warehouses in each country to avoid these fees. We try our best to make this work for both parties. If in doubt please bye from our partner shop Wolf and Badger, they will have all fees included in the price of the garment.

In the unlikely event the receiver refuses the shipment it will be returned to VAVI. The item (s) will be refunded excluding the original shipping charge, any import fees/ duty or taxes that may have been enforced on the shipment in addition to the postage cost back to VAVI.

International shipping

For international shipping outside of EU please shop at our partner shop Wolf and Badger.

If you order products for delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

General Information

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If the recipient’s address is stated incorrectly, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred.

The goods will be sent through a delivery firm selected by VAVI, directly to the address specified by the customer.
